Manufacturing and Revision Control
| AMAX redefines Built to Order Manufacturing, with its exclusive Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI) and ERP system to manage all aspects of Production Manufacturing and Inventory control. Customers gain build consistency, revision control, and proper material and ESD handling from AMAX to ensure a consistent system build every time. From cable routing instructions and screw torque settings to custom image loading, AMAX ensures that all systems are built to the highest manufacturing standards and procedures. |
Serial Number Flexibility
| Each system can be assigned an AMAX serial number or a unique serial number based on your custom requirements and protocols. These serial numbers and machine ID's are scanned into our Oracle database at each stage of Manufacturing to allow for real time manufacturing status visibility, precise inventory management, and order tracking. |
Quality Control
| AMAX continually analyzes quality data to focus on improvement on all aspects of the manufacturing process from components used to manufacturing procedures. All systems go through manufacturing yield analysis where mechanical quality control, burn-in, imaging, and final QA data are constantly reviewed by our QA team. At AMAX we ensure the highest quality in custom manufacturing. |
