B. Quality Engineer:
Quality Engineers are responsible for continuous process improvements, investigating customer complaints, and reducing warranty, scrap and DOA rates.
They are also responsible for the implementation and maintenance of ISO and other registrations. Finally, Quality Engineers are responsible for the
qualification / validation of new processes and to aid other engineering departments in performing detailed analysis on products or processes using
quality methods for the purpose of understanding and improving those products or processes.

Purchasing
A. Buyer:
Purchasing buyers perform a variety of purchasing functions, including locating and meeting with manufacturers, distributors, and other sources for best quality, pricing, and lead time on products. Buyers also check back orders, issue PO, and coordinate with Accounting, RTV, Shipping, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Service, and Technical Support Departments to for timely product delivery to the customers. Finally, buyers generate weekly sell-through reports, follow up with Marketing on product turnover; and help with any RTV return issues.
