A Service Technician is scheduled to arrive on-site the next business day after we receive your service request and final diagnosis is complete. A business day is Monday-Friday, 9 am to 5 pm site local time, excluding holidays. Available in 1 to 3 year service contract options.

9/5 4-Hour On-Site Response:
The Service Technician is scheduled to arrive on-site within 4 hours after final diagnosis is completed. Service is provided Monday-Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, site local time, everyday except holidays. If a service request is received after 3 pm Eastern Time and it is determined that onsite service is required, the Service Technician is scheduled to arrive the following business day. Available in 1 to 3 year service contract options. |

24/7 4-Hour On-Site Response:
Help Desk Services and On-Site Services with 4-Hour On-Site Response are provided around the clock, every day including holidays. When on-site service is needed, a Service Technician is scheduled to arrive within 4 hours of the final diagnosis of the service issue. Available in 1 to 3 year service contract options.
