you call this number, you'll be asked to choose between Tech
Support and Customer Service. Choose Tech Support if you need
help getting your system to run properly. If you need less technical
help, choose Customer Service. If you can't get through right
away, and don't want to hold, please leave a message. Someone
will get right back to you.
FAX Number
If you just need an Return Material Authorization
(RMA) number, and have a fax machine, please fax your request
to us at 510-651-0629. We have a fax form designed to
make this easier. We would be happy to send it to you.
