Product Manager
Responsibilities:
|
|
Manage products through their entire lifecycle until product EOL.
Development of new technology overview, product positioning statement, sales training materials, feature & function benefit summaries, FAQs, etc.
Coordination of marketing activities associated with the introduction of a new product.
Facilitate of marketing plans and strategies based on product plans and roadmaps.
Create product specifications and positioning documents.
Competitive product pricing and positioning.
Serve as third level sales support.
Demonstrate an advanced ability to translate product technologies into customer benefits;

Requirements:

Demonstrated strong organization and planning skills.
Demonstrated understanding of how to successfully work in cross-functional organizations and impacts to schedules.
Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment.
Strong understanding of computer market trends.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, strong communications skills (written, verbal and presentation skills), and ability to negotiate effectively.
Excellent knowledge of server systems, PC systems, computer peripherals and services is required.
2-3 years experience as product manager or product marketing manager in the computer or IPC field.
